Transferred from Joint Faculty

Colleagues who transferred to City St George's from the Faculty of Health, Social Care and Education (Joint Faculty) did so under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE), which means that they maintained their existing terms and conditions.

The following provides details of the policies and procedures that continue to apply to people who transferred. In some cases there may have been minor amendments, as outlined in the measures letter. For example, payday is the 27th of the month.
